VV 170
The VV  170 vibratory roller is equipped with hydrostatic drive. The articulated machine frame is fitted with one smooth steel drum with travel drive and one driving axle provided with 2 wheels equipped with giant rubber tyres. The roller is especially designed for the compaction of all non - cohesive soils and granular materials up to a layer thickness of 100 - 160 cm. It can further be used for the compaction of loose stone materials up to a grain size of 0,6 m. The driver´s place is equipped with 2 steering wheels, thus enabling good control of the drum edge. The parking disk - brake is applied automatically when the machine stops.
